Time to make broth from vegetable scraps I save. Not sure how long ago I began squirreling away this stash in the freezer. It was over a month ago. I'll simmer these in water (salted if desired) for an hour, hour and a half, strain and store in a few of these same jars. I can't remember the last time I paid for broth.
