I bottled the #scrapvinegar I started a couple of weeks ago and got about 40 ounces out of the two pies' worth of apple peels and cores I used. This will continue to ferment slowly in the bottles so I will burp them (i.e., open them) every few days or so for a few weeks. They weren't very fizzy at bottling but still...I don't ever want to experience a bottle bomb. #zerowaste #fermentation #ferment #selfreliance #foodwaste by zerowastechef
